WOW, I wish all companies were this great to work with! Our technician was Nir Oz who is the consummate professional. He calls when he says he's going to call, he arrives when he says he's going to arrive, and he provides a clear and totally professional description of what he's going to do. We reached out to Sam to see about getting a glass door put on our wood burning fireplace (we were just using a screen before reaching out). From the first conversation, Sam was so genuinely kind and took time to explain our options. When he came to give us an estimate, he had brochures ready to go of all the doors we could chose from. While he was there he also gave us tips on how to care for our fireplace, keep it clean, and was just a super friendly guy! I would highly recommend Sam for anything you may need for your fireplace/chimney. We had another company out first and was quoted almost a thousand dollars to clean what I already knew were clean inserts and a stove. No explanation as to why. Chimneyz came out looked things over and asked me why I wanted clean chimneys cleaned. I said it was for our insurance company. He took the time to write up a inspection report that satisfied them and saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend Chimneyz for any chimney work you may have.
From the start what I appreciated from Sam was his extremely detailed bid. Everything that he detailed on the bid was done very well and quickly.
Sam and his crew were so professional and very hard working. Our chimney required a crown rebuild and they did such an amazing job. It definitely looks better than before.
